Help finding a shaft coupling 7/8" --> 5/8"?

Help finding a shaft coupling 7/8" --> 5/8"?

Help finding a shaft coupling 7/8" --> 5/8"?

(OP)
It seems nobody makes a shaft coupling that steps down 1/4" from 7/8" to 5/8".  I am looking for a clamp-style coupling.  Hooking up a gearbox that has an output shaft of 7/8" DIA with a 3/16" keyway to a ball-screw setup that has a shaft size of 5/8" DIA with a 3/16" keyway.  Any ideas of someone that makes one that can handle these sizes, with or without the keyway?  Thanks.

RE: Help finding a shaft coupling 7/8" --> 5/8"?

1 off? ridgid/flex?
Mcmaster has rigid couplers with a fixed 7/8" bore on one side and a machinable-bore (.235" pilot hole) on the other side that you could enlarge to size. (part number 3084K47)

They also have step up/down clamp on shaft adapters.. (like part number 9783T2)

Have you tried Misumi?.. They have a large selection too.
