UHYPER for Multiple Materials

UHYPER for Multiple Materials

UHYPER for Multiple Materials

(OP)
I am modeling the layers of an artery (intima, media, adventitia). Each layer is a third order Mooney-Rivlin hyperelastic material model.  The materials vary by the coefficients for the Mooney-Rivlin model.  How can I write the UHYPER subroutine so that the correct coefficients are applied to the correct layer?

RE: UHYPER for Multiple Materials

Create a different material definition for each layer. Pass the constants in for each through the 'props' array.

That is what I had in mind.  I just wasn't sure about it.  Should I replace CNAME with the material name that I am using in Abaqus?
