What is the best material for lining a concrete tank receiving Ultra Filtrated Secondary Effluent and directly feeding Reverse Osmosis System (no cartridge filter between the tank and the RO system)? CIM, and Fiber Glass has failed.

One would think that the preferred lining would be an embedment liner such as PVC or HDPE.

You would want a structural liner, not something that will breakdown. If the liner falls apart, it may have the potential to foul the RO.

When you say the lining has failed, what has failed it?  Was it chemical attack? What was the mode of failure? Concrete is pretty tough under most all exposures, except acids.
