Inputting loads from a spreadsheet

Inputting loads from a spreadsheet

(OP)
I am creating a stick model in ETABS of a 50 storey building, my loads are coming from a load takedown spreadsheet in Excel (dead and live loads on all vertical elements). Is there any way to apply the loads to points without selecting every point on every floor and clicking "assign joint/point load" as this takes an extremely long time for a building of this size. Some sort of input table where I can assign loads to the column from top to bottom in one go is what I'm hoping for or any other method
Thanks for the help.

Steven
