Drain angle : hydrotest

Drain angle : hydrotest

Drain angle : hydrotest

(OP)
Hi,

How do we decide the drain angle for the vessel after Hydrotest?

How do we drain the vessel after Hydrotest.?

regards

RE: Drain angle : hydrotest

The visual angle depends how much did you drink before the test. Normally, the drain nozzle should be at the vessel lowest point, pointing vertically down and should have the drain valve open slowly after the hydrotest. That will ensure the complete drain of the vessel.
