What live load should be used for hospital interstitial space that will hang below occupied floors and be used for HVAC (accessible to maintenance staff).  

Also, if anybody has done one in a steel building (composite beams) I would be interested in how you framed the space and any lessons learned.

You can probably live with 30 psf live - similar to "bedrooms"

If you want to get picky use 40 psf...
