Wood Girder Call Out Unknown

Does anyone know what the M stands in the wood girder size 5 1/4 x 18M or 3 1/2 x 12M. The house was built in 2006. Any tips will be greatly appreciated. The 14 inch deep wood joists are TJI's  series 350

RE: Wood Girder Call Out Unknown

Are the girders TJI's?

The Builder used all the wrong materials. The girders are by both Anthony Power Beam and Georgia Pacific.

I don't see anything pop up on google.  I would call the manufacturer.

Where is the 5 1/4 x 18M or 3 1/2 x 12M called out? On the member or in the plans? If it is called out in the plans, then the plans should state what the minimum design values are required for it.

As EOR's we should take the responsibility to design our structures to support the components we allow in our design per that industry standards.

Its called out on the plans by the Architect. There are no values but I think its a Microllam LVL. The framing done by the carpenter is all wrong anyway.
