Multi-state PE License management

Multi-state PE License management

Multi-state PE License management

(OP)
Is there any software or service that assists in managing multi-state PE licensure and design firm licensure and continuing education requirements to make it easier to comply with each state's requirements? I am using NCEES, but I just need something to help keep track of all of the deadlines and requirements of each state not only just for my PE, but also for my firm.

RE: Multi-state PE License management

I created a spreadsheet to track PDH's, license requirements, etc. for all my licenses.

Seems like a software writer could create one that keeps up with all the changing laws, regulations, renewal dates, etc.  It is a pain.

RE: Multi-state PE License management

Red Vector (http://www.redvector.com/) will track them for you.  They don't publicize it and I haven't used it, but they also will, for a fee, process the renewals for you.

RE: Multi-state PE License management

I think PDHonline does some of this.

But I too just created a spreadsheet.

RE: Multi-state PE License management

Someone in this forum posted an excel spreadsheet of State to State SE license requirements a while back. I used that as my template and personalized the file to suit my need. It's not interactive but works for me.

Do a search of the old posts, probably 2-3 years ago.

Thanks! I am checking out the red vector solution because they say they can manage it all, including acquiring new licenses. I might check out those spreadsheets, though, too.

RE: Multi-state PE License management

I'm like JAE I use a spreadsheet. I have a timeline on the top and list my licenses vertically and put highlights when things are do. Each month I enter the PDH's and that's it; everything is tallied automatically..
