NX 7.5 drafting:
Is it possible to remove or reduce the space size in a limit dimension? Currently the dimension looks like this: .247 - .250

I want: .247-.250

can't seem to find the adjustment for this.

Thanks

RE: limit dimension formatting

I believe the space on either side of the dash (-) is required by the spec.

That makes sense. It definitely should normally be there. I was just trying to cram some information into a very tight space and was trying to avoid reducing font size even further if I could help it. Is there a way to independently control the size of a space without adjusting the kerning? I would guess not since I would assume the space bar is really just entering a blank "placeholder" character that is related in width to all of the other characters within the font.

RE: limit dimension formatting

Try reducing the aspect ratio to sqeeze the text string length.

Running cad straight out of the box is OK but, a system tuned with application software is the best way to increase productivity.
