Does anyone know of a measuring tool to inspect circles inside a big circle in terms of diameter, and distance between circles...?

How about an Inside Micrometer or a Caliper? Both tools measure "inside" dimensions.

Thanks Strong, I also need to measure the location of the circles with respect to one another and to the center of the main circle.
