What is the best way to import multiple models into Mechanical project

What is the best way to import multiple models into Mechanical project

What is the best way to import multiple models into Mechanical project

(OP)
I need to have both models shown in the 'project' directory in order to do a proper contact model via shrink fit. I can't even get to phase 1 because no matter what i do only one of my models shows up in the geometry section under the main project tree.

I can combine these using Designmodeler but i then they are one combined body, i need them to be seperate so i can click on them individually and perform contact operations.

Please help, this seems so simple yet its not happening.  No tutorial or manual i've found references how to get more than one unique part into a single workbench analysis.

Thanks, necktwist

Check the units in your 3d software ansys won't import metric and imperial models within the same analysis, another thing to check is are they both solids.

You should be able to import multiple bodies into DesignModeller. Be sure that you freeze your model to keep things from sticking together.
