RE: chemical injection skids
Are these for Nat. Gas Dehydrator units?? Would of course depend on size unit, but on land usually see 2" lines around the pump. Control valve piping though can go much smaller.
Waht type of service?? Size will be a function of overall flow.

Dud,
the skids are used on offshore drilling rigs for oil.
RE: chemical injection skids
What type of volume are you talking about pumping?? Are you pumping mEG into production stream subsea, or is this for topside gas dewatering treatment for gas stream only?
Everything in the design of the skid will begin with the volume of chemical you need to pump. Offshore services can vary from small liters/hr all the way to hundreds of gallons per minute.
Could you please elaborate on the actual injection service you are talking about? You say drilling rig; is it for the drilling process, or is it in fact a production platform and therefore part of the production process??
RE: chemical injection skids
You asked a very open ended question and since you mentioned you already have a customer looking for some valves for a specific purpose, he must have the type and size of valve he is looking for.
