RE: i need a method of statement for " CMC" or columns controls modulus

CMC is a proprietary product, talk to their representatives in your state.

RE: i need a method of statement for " CMC" or columns controls modulus

Basically a CMC is nothing else than a commercial name for rigid inclusions. Rigid inclusions are nothing else than piles, the difference being the design : you will allow your pile to settle 20 or more mm depending on allowable settlements for the structure above.
Method statements for construction are the same than for piles. For the design, each contractor has its method, generally based on finite elements models, but there is no code or standard.

CMC is available through Menard, visit http://www.menardusa.com/
