Ergonomic Exercises

(OP)
I'm about to introduce exercises to reduce carpal tunnel injuries on our assembly line.  I have a series of exercises from Health Pages, "Stop Carpal Tunnel Syndrome" 1998, downloaded from webmd.com, article 1680.50852.
Are there other effective hand/wrist exercises out there?  Any proven effective exercises, with baseline studies?

RE: Ergonomic Exercises

There aren't any studies I have seen that show a decrease in carpal tunnel/wrist injuries due to a stretch regiment.

Several studies have shown that stretch micro-breaks are effective in reducing subjective discomfort though.

RE: Ergonomic Exercises

I think semi automated assembly would be a right answer.
I can help you.
