Does anyone have any experience or advice for bidding a large project with all "isolation hangers".  Are there approved hangers for sprinkler pipe how would you facter in the added cost?

RE: approved hangers

Isolation would imply VIBRATION isolation.  Not necessary for a normally static sprinkler system or even pump.

More than likely the project requires seismic bracing/restraints.  If you are not familiar with these I would contact your local rep for TOLCO, VMC, etc. for cost guidance in preparing cost for the materials.  As for installation labor well who can really predict that..

In this bid climate if you break even that is a win..

Real world knowledge doesn't fall out of the sky on a parachute, but rather is gained in small increments during moments of panic or curiosity.
