Practice: 2" Cryogenic Ball Valves for LNG service

(OP)
One of my clients are in need of small size cryogenic ball valves for a LNG carrier. Worrying about the quality of Chinese manufacturer, he asked us to make prototypes first and our design details are as below:

Ball valve, 2" 900LB, TOP ENTRY, BODY:CF3M, TRIM:CF8M, SEAT: PTFE, BW/BW, -165C, cryogenic test as per BS6364 witnessed by DNV.

It seems that the seat design will be the key. Any specific consideration should we take? Or is there any special treatment such as deep-low temp. treatment to all of the parts? I know you guys here are very profound engineers. Would anyone pls give me some indication for the cryogenic practice? Thank you very much.
