We're fabricating a structural component using x95 drill pipe which is roughly 1.25 Cr / .5 Mo and its welded to c.s.  Max weld thickness is around 3/4".  Would it be advisable to perform PWHT and if so at what temp?

Thanks,

RE: Need Some Guidance

weldtek;
I would advise PWHT based on a 3/4" weld thickness at 1275 to 1300 deg F max for 1 hour.
