For determining anchor loads, is the 2xLR blast load applied only to the glazing area or is it also applied to the frame area?

The reason I'm asking is that if the frames are wide, that additional area will increase loads, whereas blast load to glazing only will result in lower anchor loads.

To clarify my previous post, the inquiry relates to ATFP requirements (using UFC document 4-010-01; this UFC references ASTM F2248-03 and ASTM E1300-04e.)

RE: ASTM F-2248 Interpretation

Blast pressure loads applied to frame as well....projectile load may be applied to glazing or frame.
