(OP)
Hello everyone,

I want to do small lenght pipe forming analysis in ansys, I added forming mechanism design picture.I need help and advice about some issues.

as shown in picture , through the cylindirical mechanism and press lever, flat sheet metal is formed a pipe.

I have imported assembly model (parasolid form) directly to ansys classic multiphysic/LS-DYNA , I can't find a trick for contact problem, which element type I should use for parts, and how is contact parts exactly with each other especially tought that rotational movement cylindirical forming mechanism parts, I should use a pilot node ?

thanks.
