Adding the "All Around" Circle to a radius callout
Adding the "All Around" Circle to a radius callout
(OP)
It was easy to do in NX4, now in NX7.5 I cannot seem to figure out how to add the "All Around" Circle to the leader in a radius dimension. I see where it can be done if the annotation is added as a note but I'd prefer to not fake it in. Does anyone know how to do this in 7.5?

And what exactly are you attempting to indicate with this 'All Around' circle? And is this something which is covered by any of the drafting standards which NX supports?

There is no way to access the all round symbol with the radius dimension command (that I have found). If you want to use annotation to point to the rad, the symbol is available but of course this is a non-associative dim. If it is a round boss then the radius dimension is interpreted as being all around. If it is some irregular shape or even a raised pad (eg casting feature) then you can use the raduis dim command and then add appended text "ALL AROUND". Annotation and weld symbol are the only places that show the symbol is available.

If ASME Y14.5 shows the all around symbol on a dimension, then it would be a standard and Siemens would be happy to add it to the options.
Not all ISO symbols have been incorporated into Y14.5, either.
