Is someone to help me to understand how does Windchill Notification process works? (notification, automatics tasks on workflows, subscription...)

For information, if you have documentation or something like that it will be amazing

Thank you

RE: Windchill Notification process

The work tasks are assigned by the workflows and they appear on the users home page in Windchill automtically. When comp-leted, the tasks are removed from the home page.

Hi,
Thank you so much Ben.
Is any document to explain what you said?

Thanks

RE: Windchill Notification process

Too much to send or enter here.

Look at the documentation on www.ptc.com.

and what about "subscription"?

thx

RE: Windchill Notification process

Subscriptions are set up in WC at event changes to notify someone of that change.
It can be a state change, a check-out/in, folder move, etc.
