Duplex 2205 stainless steel with 316L nuts.  Is there a galvanic (or any type of corrosion) issue with using the above combination?

RE: Duplex 2205 and 316L Stainless Corrosion

Under normal conditions no, there is not enough difference to drive galvanic corrosion.
However the pitting threshold for 316 is so low that you may get crevice corrosion of the 316 in the threads.  If that happens the corrosion products are aggressive enough that they would likely drive crevice corrosion of the 2205.
If you can it is good to seal the threads to keep that space isolated.
