Minimum Yield Strength for "tensile strength class 10" nut = ?
(OP)
Does anybody have a reference that answers this question? I see the term here:
http:// www.wixroy d.com/en/c atalog/sta ndard-part s/clamping -and-fixin g-elements /fixture-a nd-collar- nuts/24300
I've heard that a "tensile strength class 10" nut is meant for use with a Property Class 10.9 bolt, but I can't find any documentation to support this.

The strength class of the nut should correspond to the first number of the strength class of the bolt.
I've also seen lots of bolt/nut tables (amongst others in manufacturer's catalogues) that support this.
I'm sorry but I can't find any reference though...
