RCSTR with 2 liquid phases

RCSTR with 2 liquid phases

(OP)
I am attempting to model a liquid-liquid reactor using the RCSTR block in Aspen Plus. I would like to specify the volume fraction of "liquid 2" (i.e. one of the two liquid phases). How do I do this?

Thanks for your time,
Dean

RE: RCSTR with 2 liquid phases

Hello,
I'm not sure if this will work, but you could try adding in a spreadsheet the volume fractions of the components in Liq2, and exporting that variable to wherever is needed. There could be an easier way, but im rather new to hysys myself.

Best of luck!
