It's not a problem. Check the bending moments on the column and you'll see what's happening.

I just use the load combination of 1.4DL and 1.7LL. then again the resulting required area of bar at upper column is 5000mm2, the lower part is 900mm2 only. help me with this problem pls

At lower columns, the moments are resisted by 4 elements (1 beam on each side, 1 column above and below).

On the roof, you have no benefit of the column above.

Can anybody send me a sample design using etabs. I thought bottom reinforcement requires more steel area as they carry the load above them, (Pu). And in my experience in construction industry, I always observed that lower floors has more rebar compare to the above columns.

high reinforcement ratio is not related with the experience. You just prepare your column interaction diagram and check whether it is consistent with the required reinforcement ratio.
As to experince point, I checked many times and ETABS calculates perfectly.
