We are designing the electrical installations for a water power plant in cave and one manufacturer offers EPR medium voltage cables and we have 13,8 kV. These cables must be installed in tray cables, and must fulfill with features of flame retardant, and low smoke acorrding to IEC 60332-1-1, IEC 60332-3-22 (category A), IEC 60754, IEC 61034.

I found some EPR cables that have these standards: Nexans MEPRXCX 17.5 - 24 KV, MMGSHX 17.5 kV, PRYSMIAN TEOF G 8.7 - 15 kV. The question is what do you think about installing EPR medium voltage cables on Tray Cable, it is a good practice? Do you have any experience of that? What are the features for the setting-up?

It is perfactly acceptable to install EPR cables on either cable trays or cable ladder racks. MV EPR cables are generally installed on racks rather then trays as racks provide a more sturdy installation.
The biggest benefit of EPR vs say PVC or XLPE cables is that EPR cables are more flexible and have a smaller bending radius requirement.
Application of EPR cables on ladder racks is widely practice on offshore installation in the North sea since early eighties to present.

As EPR cable it is mainly US product the IEEE-525 states:
"When single conductors are used in trays for two-wire or three-wire power circuits, they should be securely
bound in circuit groups to prevent excessive movements caused by fault-current magnetic forces and to
minimize inductive heating effects in tray sidewalls and bottom"
So you need cable clamps like these:
