What molding method

What molding method

What molding method

(OP)
This may be a loaded question, but here goes:

If you wanted to make a component that was essentially a 4-6 gallon hdpe gas can, but had to accept an insert or be molded to accept a 3/4" mpt fitting and required an access plate of about 5" in diameter what would you do?

rotomold with inserts, blow/injectiom molding?

What would be the approximate costs of the molds for each approach?

RE: What molding method

Rotomoulding would be the best option, sorry I can not help you with the costs
