Link to Wind Speed by Location

(OP)
I hope all of you find the following link useful. It will generate wind speeds for ASCE 7-93, 7-05 and ASCE 7-10. All you have to do is input the coordinates for the project site.

http://www.atcouncil.org/windspeed/

The module is on the Applied Technology Council web site.

Lutfi

Speaking of Florida, I would be careful using the original wind map... I plugged in a couple of local locations and got the wrong wind speed (too low).
