I'm not familiar with the term "revision cloud".  Could you be a bit more specific?

You could make a custom symbol, as well.

I think jonny00 may be thinking about the revision cloud that is used in Autodesk Inventor. It works like a transparent UDF to window around revisons made to a drawing and actually looks like red cloud outlines. It was turned off when the drawing was at final release.

Our 'grown-up' software omits the trifles, but, admittedly, the cloud did help the checker (moi) on many occasions.
