how to find NM3 ???

how to find NM3 ???

how to find NM3 ???

(OP)
For Liquid Nitrogen Service,
I know that 1 Kg = 0.7997 Nm3
But Ido not know the basic behind it.

Also,
1scf = 0.2628 Nm3 is common for all.
I tried using p1v1/t1=p2v2/t2
But this doesnt seems to apply .

Please help

RE: how to find NM3 ???

1.165g/L is the normal molar volume of Nitrogen so you don't need any gas laws(P1V1=....) . If you treated it as a ideal gas 14g=22.4L

Nm3 is Normal metres cubed or volume at normal temperature and pressure or 20C and 1 atm.

Do your own maths.

Actual if Nitrogen was ideal gas 28g=22.4 L
