Measure round corner

(OP)
Is there a gauge to measure round corner "the r". I think I seem it somewhere but forgot the name?

RE: Measure round corner

Depending on the configuration of the part, an optical comparator might work. You could also use a CMM or a linear form tester such as the Zeiss Surfcom.

RE: Measure round corner

How accurate do you want your value to be?

Simple hand-held gage or precision recording device?

How "portable" does it need to be?  (In-pocket, bench-mounted, microscope-capable?)

Check out the "fillet weld gauges" for a cheap effective analog device - they'd be less than 20.00 and fit in a shirt pocket.

RE: Measure round corner

Get a drafting circle template and cut it up.
