Yes, I have read about all I can locate, on here and on the net.  There must be about a kajillion Firetube Reboilers (U-tube configuration) that utilize an "ob-round" nozzle/flange on the end of the semi-elliptical head.  The topic of ASME Code calc's seems to involve a slight degree of voodoo.  Did Compress ever come up with an aid for this ?  Is there a button in the program that tells you how many steak dinners you have to provide the AI for a certain size nozzle..??

Seriously, you'd think some of this would be better spelled out.
