Power Calculation Block (Dc)

Hello everyone!
I m new to forum and I would like to share my problem, hoping you could help me.
I m having a project using simulink in which I want to measure power losses of IGBTs and DIODES but I cant find a block for measuring DC power.Active & Reactive power blocks are useless so if anyone can help me it would be great..Thank YOU!

RE: Power Calculation Block (Dc)

Ok but how can I measure/compute the average power dissipation?I tried to combine the multiply block and the integrate block but the result was not as expected to be.Is there any other block for this calculation?
Thank you.

RE: Power Calculation Block (Dc)

beats me.

apply some test signals to your logic

does it give the same answer as a hand calculation?

If yes, then we can have one conversation

if no, we need to have a different conversation.

Cheers

Greg Locock
