error about unconnected regions and how to see those?

error about unconnected regions and how to see those?

(OP)
Hi, I am using Abaqus/CAE 6.10 for my hip-bone FEA. I want to know how can we see unconnected regions in viewport? I am getting this error and I want to get rid of it. I have already defined constraint and interaction properties but still I am getting following error.

There are 2 unconnected regions in the model.

If anybody can help me, it will be great. Thanks.

RE: error about unconnected regions and how to see those?

Make sure you haven't duplicated the instance of a part so it remains hidden behind the original. You should see the list of parts in the assembly tree.

RE: error about unconnected regions and how to see those?

Is it an error or a warning? I usually model my systems (nothing like what you are doing) with a little gap to start with and Abaqus always just displays that it found two unconnected regions but continues on with no problems. It's just a warning, I guess just in case I expect everything to be in contact.
