I'm hoping that someone can help me with a requrest.  I am in need of the ASHRAE Extreme Annual Mean maximum and minimum temperature vaules for the Cleveland area in order to complete a Solar design.  These values are typicllay used in a Solar design and being an electrical guy I do not have access to this ASHRAE index for we dont typically use this document.

If anyone has this ASHRAE index can you please provide me with these two temperature values for the Cleveland area?

Thanks for the help.
