Thickening a surface is causing me issues

See attached file.  How do I make the "ANNOYING" feature thicken?

I'm assuming the issue is because I have a super small curvature issue at the southern most point when I run a check.  If that is the issue, how do I fix it?

RE: Thickening a surface is causing me issues

The area you are having a problem is where the ANNOYING surface meets the Boundary Surface 2.  There are a couple of things you can do.  You can try to fix the tangency of the sketch where they meet.  You can trim that area out and fill it back in with a more-smooth surface.  The surface thickens fine if you knit all of them together and trim out a very small section at that southern most point before thickening.
