Results on beam (Patran 2008)

(OP)
Hello!

I've made a modell with beam elements. I've made the analysis, it works well, but how can I check the results on the surface of the beam properties? Now I see just the midlines, it is very colourful, but it would better to check the complete beam "surface".

Thanks.

I don't know how to achieve what you want, but I think this information may aid in achieving your goal.

You may need to select a specific option when you modify the "Output Requests." I have provided instructions below.

While you are modifying the Analysis Options, please click on "Subcases." After the new dialog appears, click on whatever case you are working on listed under "Available Cases." After this new dialog appears, look through the options listed under "Select Result Type" and select the option that works best for you. If need be, switch the "Form Type" to Advanced for additional options. Select apply to return to the main Analysis applet and hit Apply to submit your model for analysis. After you review your results, additional results, that may include surface stresses, should be listed for your model.
