F number issue

(OP)
I am proposing a WPS to qualify a plate test coupon with E316L electrode which comes under SFA-5.4 per SEC II PART C.
What will be the F Number for the same?
Per me its F5 per QW 432 of SEC IX but our existing old wps shows F4,so i am little bit confuse.

RE: F number issue

It is F5. How old is your old procedure? It could have been a typographical error, which was never corrected.
