RE: How to set up a new I-deas User?

Hi,

You've to start I-DEAS and go to the Management applications. When you start I-DEAS you ussually select Design -> Modeler. Change it to Management -> Project configuration to start configurate users, libraries, etc... It's not so difficult. You can assign roles that is the fast way to create diferent profiles. A Manager role, designer role, etc... And the create users and assign a role to each one. Of course you have to create in your OS the differents users too.
I hope it helps.
