Small Flange Adapter

Small Flange Adapter

Small Flange Adapter

(OP)
Have an application where we are replacing an existing piece of equipment in a piping system.  Currently, the customer has 1" 150# flanges.  He would like to not change any of his hard piping.  He has requested that the equipment we are replacing have increased capacity over the original, should he need it in the future.  Increasing capacacity would require 1-1/2" 150# at minimum, or 2" 150# flanges.

My problem is I don't have room to fit my equipment with a 2" 150# flange, and include a spool piece with a 2" x 1" conc reducer and flanges on each end, which the customer could just discard if he ever changes his 1" pipe to 2".

Does anyone know of a distributor/manufacturer who stocks small diameter flange adapters?  Everyone seems to start at 2" being the small end, adapting to something larger.
