List max and min von Mises stresses from results viewer

(OP)
Hello

I am having trouble with listing my analysis results from Ansys 12 results viewer. It is a steel structure modeled with PIPE elements where I run a static and transient analysis with sectional forces obtained from an external program. In results viewer I can display max and min von Misses stress under Nodal solution > Stress > von Mises stress ... However I want them in a  file instead.. because I run the analysis over a period of 600 seconds, that is I have 600 different values for max and 600 for min ... when I click on list results in results viewer i get:

PRINT S    NODAL SOLUTION PER NODE

 *** WARNING ***                         CP =     142.226   TIME= 13:01:06
No data is available for the selected model or data location
 specifications.

The "General Postproc > List Results > Nodal Solution" doesnt work either ...

Please help ?

RE: List max and min von Mises stresses from results viewer

I use the OUTPUT command to change the output to a file.
"General Postproc > List Results > Nodal Solution" should work.

Do you have all of the nodes selected? (ALLSEL, NSEL, etc.)

RE: List max and min von Mises stresses from results viewer

Me too I have the same problem. I have tried to do it in both way but I get the same error. However, when I plot the results, the image it is correct.

I am using PIPE289, can be the problem with element type?

Thanks
