Ok, we are having a problem and our IT guys cant seem to figure it out. We purchased a networkable version of Risa 3D 9. Now the problem is accessing it at the office from home. Risa says other have set this up but cant tell us how it is done. Any ideas?

Thanks,

A lot of the network / IT language is foreign to me.  However, I know that a number of users have a "VPN tunnel" set up so that remote offices can access their networks. We did this with a remote employee who worked from home once.

I think the reason why this is done is because VPN's are easier to set up.  They are definitely slower which makes them more problematic.  But, if your IT guys can set them up with decent speed, then they can work well with checking out a RISA license.
