Splice and jetting in precast piles

Splice and jetting in precast piles

Splice and jetting in precast piles

(OP)
Someone knows if there is a splice type in precast concrete piles that, at same time, allows the use of jetting water in order to facilitate the installation?

I am talking about 60 cm (24") square piles and 40 m length.

Thankyou

RE: Splice and jetting in precast piles

I've seen keyed steel plates embedded in the piles at the splice locations.  The plates are welded together and have central holes for the jetting.

Thank you Bob, I appreciate your comment. Don't you have a photograph or a drawing of this splice?
Anyway thanks again.
