please inform me about:

1. Equivalent for AISI 1070 & AISI 1095  in En series

2. some websites specify chromium in AISI 1070 & AISI 1095  e.g. like "http ://www.steelstrip.co.uk/springsteel/pages/Qualities2.htm" What is the reason?

3. Is spring steel and carbon steel similar OR different?

Carbon steel is a more general term including spring steel, case hardening steel and others.So spring steel is a type of carbon  steel characterized mainly of quite high yield strength.

Mind you there is also stainless spring steel.

Chromium content mentioned of 0,2 or even 0,4 % is not considered high and can be part of some steel grades ( other than stainless - heat resistant were of course is much higher ).
