Joint Coordinate System Non - Association

(OP)
Hello. I'm trying to model a simple body - ground revolute joint in workbench with the mechanical solver. The joint is to rotate about a stationary point, not another part. I keep getting the same warning message up that says the reference coordinate system is not fully associative. I have followed the steps in the help directory for configuring a joint exactly, i.e scoping the mobile coordinate system to the inside face of the joint and tried working with the "orientation about principle axis" dialogue box in the details view as the help directory also states but I keep on getting the same warning message.
Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on and how this can be resolved?
Many thanks.
