How to use keywords in ABAQUS?

How to use keywords in ABAQUS?

(OP)
Does anyone know how to use keywords in ABAQUS? I want to use *Model change  keyword for the below problem. But I do not know how to use that.

I want to do an analysis in which I have two steps. The question is I want to know how it is possible to consider some special elements in one step. I have attached a simple model regarded to this question.

In the file attached, I considered a sheet in which a 30N force is applied in Y direction in step1. I want to have a load in X direction in step2 (20N) with the new boundary condition. The thing is that I want to omit the left half of the sheet in step 2 and just consider the right half of that in this step. But I do not know how it is possible to delete some elements in one step and do not consider them.

I have checked ABAQUS user manual and it is mentined that I should use "Interaction module: Create Interaction: Model Change: Definition:Region, Activation state of region elements: Reactivated in this step", but I could not find this keyword in interaction. I have not used keywords in ABAQUS. Please let me now how can I use keywords in ABAQUS?
