Evaporator coil Area

I am designing a freezer and have calculated my heat load for a freezer room. Can someone help me on how I can determine the cooling coil area knowing the heat load.

RE: Evaporator coil Area

talk to you local refrigeration supplier.   if you know the heat load it should only be a phone call to get an equipment selection and all the tech data that goes with it

RE: Evaporator coil Area

Heatcraft has excellent documents and software to size the system & equipment. http://www.heatcraftrpd.com/products/Literature.aspx?&fid=959
Judging by your questions, it seems you have do not have experience with refrigeration loads, I suggest you have a refrigeration contractor or engineer review the loads before you select equipment. Pull down loads based upon the product have a large impact.
