Seals for ISO or ANSI Pumps

Seals for ISO or ANSI Pumps

I want non-API pump with API-682 Seals. What will be seal standard for ISO or ANSI pumps(API-682)? I don't want API-610 pumps, is it possible to have API-682 seals for pump construction as ISO or ANSI standard.

RE: Seals for ISO or ANSI Pumps

I believe that John Crane has this seal which is called 5610-1 that will fit into an ANSI pump.  ask you local JC representative.

RE: Seals for ISO or ANSI Pumps

ISO and ANSI pumps have a standardized pump shaft, stuffing / seal box and seal gland plate dimension. Seal assembly for ANSI and ISO pumps all comes in a cartridge assembly and will fit any pump of the same bearing frame size.
API 610 pumps do not have such standard dimension. You can get the seal vendor to design the shaft sleeve and gland plate to fit and mount the API 628 seal onto your ISO or ANSI pump stuffing box.

But then why you need a API628 seal for a ISO or ANSI pump?
