Fly By Animation Conversion

(OP)
I have an fly by animation I created in DMU Navigator and I am trying to save as an .avi file for play back using media player for a presentation. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Also, if anyone knows how to create a specified path for the fly by simulation so that it moves more naturally I would appreciate it.  Thanks

RE: Fly By Animation Conversion

well if you create a view (from customized view menu) you can consider it as a Camera and move it along the track.

You can edit the track points and camera position in order to improve the result (from the track definition function).

from the CATIA window menu you can get the camera x window = view from the camera. make it full screen, remove compass and record using CAMTASIA for very good result or CATIA/ windows if you don't have CAMTASIA. With CAMTASIA you can even add a overlay (your logo) on top the the small XYZ axis at the bottom right of the screen.
