RE: Caisson Foundation analysis Ansys

Your capacity results will depend on your entered parameters which should only be from a knowledgeable geotechnical engineer experienced in offshore foundations.  The inland soil mechanics are very different from marine sediments.  Once you have a soils report and capacity by classical methods then you can verify or compare it to numerical analysis using the same soil properties on Ansys.
